Insurance-claim assistance

If you decide to file a claim, we can provide inspection photos, a written damage summary and a repair estimate, and we can be available when your adjuster visits.

Please note: We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster or law firm. We can help with documentation and communication, but we cannot promise that your insurer will approve a claim or cover any specific cost. Coverage decisions are made only by your insurance company under the terms of your policy.

Questions about this service

What should I do first after a storm?

Stay safe and off the roof. If water is coming in, move belongings and catch drips. Take photos from the ground, then call us to schedule an inspection.

Can you guarantee my insurance will pay?

No. Only your insurance company can decide coverage. We can document damage and provide an estimate, and we can talk with your adjuster if you ask us to.
